We design and operate substrate-aware networks — systems built for the boundary between Web 2 and decentralized infrastructure, between terrestrial and non-terrestrial connectivity, between centralized governance and on-chain rules. Our approach combines applied research at our multi-site test environment with productized identity (Anchor House), digital-twin tooling (Substrate Sentinel), and strategic consulting for organizations crossing the same boundary. Every claim we make is anchored in operational evidence — live DePIN feeds, working integrations, and credentialed developer access (NVIDIA 6G Developer Program). We build with the substrate that fits the use case, not the chain that fits the marketing.

We work at the boundary where centralized systems meet decentralized infrastructure — Web 2 meets Web 3 and Web 4, traditional networks meet DePIN, legacy identity meets DID. Our approach is not a generic management framework. It's a six-step methodology built around how we actually move clients and research partners through that boundary. Each step is grounded in operational evidence from our own live infrastructure and research platform, Substrate Sentinel.
1. Substrate Discovery
We begin by mapping your current substrate — the actual mix of centralized systems, decentralized components, identity infrastructure, network architecture, and operational data you depend on today. Most organizations have a clearer picture of their "Web 2" footprint than their "Web 3" footprint; we surface both.
2. Decentralized Strategy & Roadmap
We then design a tailored strategy for how decentralized infrastructure components — DePIN, DID, Non-Terrestrial Networks, decentralized storage, edge AI — fit into your operations, on what timeline, and at what cost. We are realistic about what's ready today versus what's worth piloting versus what should wait. This is where our coordination across the five TAR Inc. entities (consulting, R&D, identity, storage, communications) becomes a single integrated plan rather than a stack of vendor pitches.
3. Identity and Trust Architecture
Through So6 LLC, we build the Decentralized Identifier (DID) and verifiable-credential layer that makes the rest of the architecture auditable. Anchored on Hedera, a W3C-compliant DID method, and designed to interoperate with existing identity systems rather than replace them overnight.
4. Integration and Live Operations
Through Formula 34 Degrees LLC and our operational research site, we integrate the network, telemetry, and digital-twin layers. We test against our own live multi-protocol DePIN infrastructure (GEODNET, Rovr Networks, Starlink, with additional protocols being deployed) before any production rollout. We don't propose what we haven't operated ourselves.
5. Public Engagement and Storytelling
Through Full Angle LLC and the W3b_Hippo educational platform, we translate complex decentralized work into accessible content — internal training materials, client-facing presentations, community-facing podcasts. The Giga and Byte characters embody this principle: technical work has to be communicable to the humans who depend on it.
6. Live Telemetry and Continuous Refinement
We close the loop with continuous telemetry from the operational layer back into strategic decisions. Our Substrate Sentinel platform demonstrates the principle: decentralized systems require purpose-built observability, not retrofitted traditional monitoring. We bring this same principle to client engagements — measure what matters, in real time, with cryptographic provenance.
Why This Approach Works
The five entities of T.A. Resendez Inc. were structured specifically to deliver an integrated answer at every step of the methodology — research, identity, storage, communications, and strategic coordination — without a client having to assemble a stack of disconnected vendors. The approach is grounded in operational evidence from our own work, including the Substrate Sentinel digital twin platform developed with NVIDIA 6G Developer Program access. We are deliberately small, founder-led, and focused. When client work calls for additional specialists, we engage trusted external collaborators with full transparency about who is doing the work.
At TAR Inc., we understand the importance of harnessing both human and technological capital for the success of any organization. Our approach is designed to help companies optimize and maximize the potential of these two critical resources.
