2. Decentralized Strategy & Roadmap  

Next, we create a customized strategy detailing how decentralized infrastructure components — including DePIN, decentralized identity (DID), Non-Terrestrial Networks, decentralized storage, and edge AI — will integrate into your operations, specifying timelines and costs. We maintain a realistic view of what technologies are viable today, what should be piloted, and which can wait. Our coordination across the five entities of TAR Inc. (consulting, R&D, identity, storage, communications) provides a unified approach rather than a disjointed collection of vendor proposals.  

3. Identity and Trust Architecture  

Through So6 LLC, we develop the Decentralized Identifier (DID) and verifiable-credential layer that ensures the rest of the architecture remains auditable. This framework is built on Hedera, a W3C-compliant DID method, designed for interoperability with existing identity systems rather than an abrupt replacement.  

4. Integration and Live Operations  

Using Formula 34 Degrees LLC and our operational research site, we integrate the network, telemetry, and digital-twin layers. We rigorously test against our own live multi-protocol DePIN infrastructure (including GEODNET, Rovr Networks, Starlink, among others) before any production rollout. We advocate for solutions only after we have successfully operated them ourselves.  

5. Public Engagement and Storytelling  

Through Full Angle LLC and the W3b_Hippo educational platform, we translate complex decentralized identity concepts into accessible content—such as internal training materials, client-facing presentations, and community-engaging podcasts. Our Giga and Byte characters embody this principle: technical work must be communicated effectively to those who rely on it.  

6. Live Telemetry and Continuous Refinement  

Finally, we ensure a feedback loop with continuous telemetry from the operational layer feeding back into strategic decisions. Our Substrate Sentinel platform exemplifies this principle: decentralized systems necessitate purpose-built observability rather than conventional monitoring systems. This principle extends to our client engagements — we emphasize measuring what matters, in real time, with verifiable provenance.
