 T.A. Resendez Inc. is a Texas-based strategic consulting and applied research company focused on Web 3, AI, Non-Terrestrial Networks, and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure. We operate as the strategic parent for four operating subsidiary LLCs: Formula 34 Degrees LLC (research and development), So6 LLC (cybersecurity and decentralized identity), Omega's Wisdom LLC (decentralized storage), and Full Angle LLC (strategic communications). 

 Each entity is focused on a single specialty so it can develop deep capability without diluting its mandate. The parent (TAR Inc.) coordinates strategy across the portfolio so clients and partners get integrated delivery from one relationship. The structure also lets each entity engage independently with the partners best suited to its work. 

 Substrate Sentinel is TAR Inc.'s flagship research platform — a bi-directional, sub-second-latency digital twin substrate that fuses live Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) telemetry with high-fidelity simulation in Unreal Engine 5. It integrates Anchored Decentralized Identifiers, multi-protocol DePIN data, and a planned community Hub network. The project is currently in active development with developer access through the NVIDIA 6G Developer Program. 

 Our work spans four areas: strategic consulting for organizations entering or operating in Web 3 and decentralized infrastructure; applied R&D on substrate-aware networks, Non-Terrestrial Networks, and DePIN; cybersecurity and decentralized identity architecture; and decentralized storage research. The four subsidiary LLCs each own one of these specialties, with the parent providing cross-cutting strategy and integration. 

 A substrate-aware network is a network architecture that understands and adapts to the boundary between centralized (Web 2) and decentralized (Web 3 / Web 4) infrastructure layers. Most networks today treat that boundary as a wall. We treat it as something that can be modeled, monitored, and reasoned about. Substrate Sentinel is our working implementation of the idea.

 Yes. Formula 34 Degrees LLC is structured to participate in research collaborations with universities, federal laboratories, and industry research partners. We are particularly interested in collaborations involving DePIN, NTN, Non-Terrestrial Network coverage verification, urban multipath GNSS research, and substrate-level network behavior. 

 It depends on the scope. Strategic advisory engagements typically run from a few weeks to several months. Research collaborations are usually structured on longer timelines (six to twenty-four months). We can scope a project to fit your timeline and budget — that's part of the initial conversation. 

 W3b_Hippo is our public-facing educational YouTube channel covering Decentralized Identifiers (DID), Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), Decentralized Science (DeSci), Web 3, and emerging technologies.  Giga and Byte are original characters under active development as the community-facing hosts of a forthcoming podcast and educational platform translating Web 3 and DePIN concepts for general audiences. They are designed as high-fidelity MetaHumans within the Substrate Sentinel digital twin and are powered by NVIDIA ACE for real-time animation.
