so6-Cybersecurity, DID, and Network Security for Mobile, Satellite, and Tactical Environments

 

So6 LLC provides cybersecurity and decentralized identity services to organizations operating at the boundary of traditional and decentralized infrastructure. Our work covers three integrated areas: network security architecture for next-generation and contested environments, decentralized access control built on Anchored Decentralized Identifiers, and digital identity issuance and verification aligned with W3C standards.

We operate as part of an integrated identity stack: So6 handles the authentication side (who you are), while our sister subsidiary Omega's Wisdom! LLC handles the ownership-of-record side (what's yours). End-to-end identity-and-ownership delivery, not stitched together from disconnected vendors.

We design and harden network security architectures for environments where traditional perimeter security doesn't apply — mobile networks, satellite and Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) deployments, tactical and contested operational contexts, and decentralized infrastructure (DePIN). Our work emphasizes zero-trust architecture, identity-aware segmentation, and cryptographic provenance for every network entity, rather than retrofitting traditional firewalls into environments they weren't built for.

Active research areas include 5G and 6G threat modeling (informed by our parent group's NVIDIA 6G Developer Program participation), post-quantum cryptographic readiness for identity and authentication protocols, and the security implications of multi-protocol DePIN environments.

We design access systems built on Decentralized Identifiers rather than centralized credential databases. The result is access infrastructure that works across organizational boundaries, in disconnected or intermittently connected environments, and at community scale — the kind of federation traditional access management can't easily provide.

This is the access architecture behind T.A. Resendez Inc.'s planned Hub network — community spaces accessible to holders of So6-issued Anchored DIDs, with role-based controls for contributors, observers, and research partners. The same architecture is suitable for federal identity programs, supply-chain integrity work, and any deployment where federation across multiple sites and organizations is required.

We issue and integrate Decentralized Identifiers anchored on enterprise-grade distributed ledger with formal DID specifications used by Google, IBM, and Boeing. Our DID work is W3C standards-aligned, meaning every identifier we issue is interoperable with the broader DID ecosystem rather than locked into a proprietary system.

DIDs from So6 are designed to be portable, cryptographically verifiable, and durable. They serve as the authentication layer of an integrated identity stack — the who you are — with Omega's Wisdom! LLC providing the complementary what's yours ownership-of-record layer. Within the affiliated Substrate Sentinel digital twin platform, every autonomous agent and infrastructure node is anchored to a So6-issued DID, making the simulation environment auditable end-to-end.
